All En Gold branded designs that have been purchased directly from www.engold.com have a lifetime structural and hardware manufacturing warranty.

This warranty is a reflection of our belief in enduring craftsmanship. Whilst we are proud to offer this policy, our goal is to educate our customers on proper care and handling, particularly for sensitive material.

Every piece is built with the expectation that it will live with you for years—not just seasons.

Lifetime Structural Warranty

Applies to full-price purchases from our current collection

We stand behind the structural integrity of our designs.

This warranty covers:

• Internal frames and timber construction

• Joinery and load-bearing components

• Structural metal elements and welds

• Hardware essential to the structure

If a structural manufacturing fault occurs, we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion.

12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

Applies to sale, archive, and discounted items

Pieces purchased on sale or as part of an archive or sample release are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty.

These items are offered at a reduced price and are not included in the lifetime warranty program.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover surface wear or damage from use.

This includes:

• Scratches, chips, stains, or surface marks

• Natural changes in tone, texture, or patina over time

• Fading from sunlight or environmental exposure

• Rust or wear on metal and hardware
• Paint cracks or chipping

Stone & Marble

Stone is a natural material and requires considered care.

The following are not covered:

• Chips, cracks, or breakage from handling, movement, or impact

• Staining or etching from spills (wine, citrus, oils, cleaning products)

• Natural variations in veining, colour, and texture

• Damage caused by uneven surfaces, improper support, or overloading

Upholstery & Soft Materials

• Fabric, leather, cushions, and foam

• Pilling, stretching, or compression from use

• General wear over time on seagrass or woven materials

General Exclusions

• Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

• Improper assembly, movement, or relocation

• Commercial or rental use

• Modifications after delivery

• Failure to follow care guidelines

Claims Process:

In the rare event you have a faulty or damaged product, please fill out Warranty Claim Form providing image(s) of the damage, order number and any supporting details.

A Note on Craftsmanship

Our pieces are handcrafted from natural materials.

Subtle variations in texture, tone, and finish are part of their character—not flaws.

We understand accidents happen and it is heartbreaking when breakages do occur; if an incident does occur we are happy to provide recommendations that may be able to assist in repairing your product.
