Large furniture items are usually sent via White Glove Delivery, En Gold makes every effort to use White Glove Delivery for all furniture orders however it may not always be available.

This is a two-person service, where the delivery team will enter your property, assemble and set up the item in the room of your choice and remove packaging. Please note that this service does not include moving or removing any of the existing furniture so please ensure the space is clear and ready for the installation of your new En Gold piece.

Many of our smaller items are available across all of the US states. Large furniture items do require special handling and a shipping option may not be available at checkout. To receive a custom shipping quote please email our team at sales@engold.com.

Orders purchased directly from En Gold are only available to ship within the USA. Please visit our Stockist page to see if there is an En Gold retail stockist near you.

Some large furniture items may require a personalised freight quote, particularly if you are in a regional area.

All homewares are available for delivery nationwide and usually dispatched within 5-7 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a email with tracking information.

Our White Glove team removes packaging as part of your delivery. If there is any possibility you may wish to return your order, please ask the delivery team to leave the original packaging with you and keep it for the 7-day change-of-mind window. If the packaging has been removed, we can arrange professional repackaging and collection for an approved return at your expense. Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy.
