A Made-to-Order item is a piece that will be made especially for you. When your order is received, we will commence production. All of our designs our handcrafted from start to finish, so often this process takes time. Once your piece is finished, it will be packaged and shipped to our Los Angeles warehouse. Once it has been dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification.
If any of your delivery details have changed, please ensure you have updated the team prior to receiving the dispatch notification. Your order will be sent to the original address on your order.
At En Gold we believe in producing in small and limited quantities. This is to avoid overproducing and ensure we continue to reduce wastage, whilst investing in the growth of our community of artisans and makers.
As a result, our collections often sell-out quickly. By allowing you to place your order before the piece arrives to our warehouse, you are able to purchase your piece on the next incoming shipment and avoid missing out.
The month quoted is the estimated month of arrival to our Los Angeles warehouse. The item could arrive any time within the quoted month. This is intentionally a broad estimate to ensure we have allowed for any unforeseen delays and is subject to change at any time.

The En Gold Head Office is located in Cebu, Philippines. This is also the birthplace of our signature craft, fossil stone tile inlay.
The En Gold collection celebrates the natural resources and traditional craftsmanship of our region and our culture. We source organic materials such as native timber, sea grass, rattan and fossilised limestones. The artistry of our craft is what we celebrate the most, highlighting the highly skilled workmanship of our heritage.
