Furniture is delivered by our White Glove team, who unpack, place your piece and remove the packaging. If there is any possibility you may wish to return your order, please ask the delivery team to leave the original packaging with you and keep it for the 7-day change-of-mind window. If the packaging has been removed, professional repackaging can be arranged for an approved return at your expense.
