A beautifully detailed Moroccan jewelry box inlaid with warm camel bone and framed in hand worked brass, elevated on small sculpted feet that give the piece a refined, almost reliquary like presence. The faceted sides, stepped lid and geometric borders create a quiet sense of structure, as if it were a miniature architectural object.
Each panel of bone is individually cut, polished and set by hand, then edged in engraved brass that adds texture and depth. The interior is lined in velvet, creating a soft resting place for rings, heirloom jewellery and treasured keepsakes.
These boxes are traditionally crafted by Moroccan artisans using techniques passed down through generations. Over time, the bone develops a gentle ivory patina and the brass darkens in tone, giving each piece a richness that only age and handcraft can create.
Beautiful on a bedside table, a console, or styled as a sculptural object on a shelf.
