How to whitelist En Gold in your email platforms/apps

If you don't see our email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Please ensure to mark it as not spam.

Gmail

1. Please open an email from @engold.com
2. Please click on the vertical ellipses next to the "Reply" button.
3. Select "Add to Contacts List"

*You may see an email from us ion the promotions tab. In this case, please go to the Promotions tab and drag it to your Primary tab.

Microsoft Outlook

1. Please go to Junk folder
2. Click Junk Email Options
3. On the Safe Senders tab, please click Add
4. Please add @engold.com under "Add address or domain". If it requires a full email address, please add hello@engold.com
5. Click "OK", then "Apply", then "OK" again.
